Thank you for being a customer! By placing an order with Hog Country Outdoors, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read carefully.

1. Legality
You are responsible for knowing and complying with your local, state, and federal laws before purchasing any products. Certain items (e.g., ammunition, firearms, magazines) may be restricted in your area. Hog Country Outdoors is not liable for items refused by your chosen FFL.
2. Purchasing Ammunition
You must be a U.S. citizen and 21 or older.
A valid government-issued photo ID is required.
You affirm you are not prohibited from owning or purchasing ammunition by any law.
All ammunition sales are final; no returns are accepted.
Ammunition may contain lead—use caution during handling and storage.
Hog Country Outdoors reserves the right to refuse any ammunition order.
3. Purchasing Firearms
You must be at least 18 to purchase long guns and 21 to purchase handguns or receivers.
Firearms must be shipped to a licensed FFL dealer.
You are responsible for confirming your FFL’s status, address, and willingness to complete the transfer.
Orders without a valid FFL on file may be canceled.
High-capacity magazines will not be included with firearms shipped to states where restricted.
Adult signature required upon delivery.
Hog Country Outdoors is not responsible for transfer fees or delivery refusals.
4. Shipping Information
Orders may ship from multiple warehouses.
Firearms and ammunition ship separately due to federal law.
Most orders ship within 48 hours; tracking will be provided.
No shipping to P.O. Boxes. U.S. domestic shipping only.
Free shipping applies to the continental U.S. only.
Items refused or returned due to failed delivery will be subject to return shipping fees.
5. Warranty for New Products
New products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
Customers must handle warranty claims directly with the manufacturer.
Customers are typically responsible for shipping costs in warranty claims.
6. Return Policy
No returns accepted after 15 days of delivery.
RMA number required prior to return.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Returns must be in original condition with all packaging.
20% restocking fee applies to all approved returns.
Returns not accepted for parts kits or firearms transferred to the customer.
7. Order Cancellations
Orders canceled for any reason are subject to a 20% fee (max $25) plus 3% credit card processing fee.
The fee applies regardless of timing or cause.
8. Changes to Your Order
Changes may not be possible after submission.
Confirm all details with your selected FFL before placing your order.
Changes to the FFL dealer after ordering may incur additional charges.
9. Refunds
Refunds within 60 days will be returned via the original payment method.
Refunds after 60 days will be issued as store credit.
All credit card refunds incur a 3% fee.
Restocking and return shipping fees apply as outlined above.
10. Refused Packages
Any refused delivery will incur original and return shipping fees, plus restocking.
11. Exchanges
Exchanges follow the same conditions as returns.
Items must be returned in original condition.
No exchanges accepted after firearm transfer.
